Pultenytown, once a burgh in its own right, is now part of Wick. At one time it even had its own member of Parliament. The crest shows the importance of the herring fishery.

Welcome to Wick
A view towards the terminus building at Wick Station with an Inverness train waiting to depart. This is the 15:51 departure, the last train of the day from the station, which takes some 4¼ hours to reach Inverness.
